Returns / Right to Withdraw

If you purchase a standard product from our website, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@irisavemma.com or use the withdrawal function available on our website.

Please include your full name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

Returned items should be sent back in their original condition. You may inspect and try on products as you would in a physical store. However, if an item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and fit, a deduction may be made from the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been returned.

Custom Products

Products made to your individual measurements or otherwise personalised for you are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not conform to the order.
