HOLIDAY DELIVERY INFORMATION

The last day to order for guaranteed holiday delivery is November 19th. If you have any questions or concerns please just send an email to hello@irisavemma.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

 

HOW ARE THE IRIS BAGS MADE?

All Iris bags are handmade upon your specific order in Sweden!

 

WHAT IS THE INSIDE FABRIC OF THE BAGS?

All Iris bags have the Iris pink inside fabric unless other noted on the product page.


CAN YOU WASH THE IRIS BAGS?

You sure can. We recommend hand washing first hand but you can also wash them in the machine. Just make sure it’s on a low temperature and the bag has been turned inside out!

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A BAG?

Allow for about a 7-8 week wait until the order is ready for shipping. This is due to all your happy bags being made upon request specially for you.


ARE TAXES AND DUTIES INCLUDED IN THE ORDER TOTAL?

Bags shipped outside of the EU may be subject to duties and taxes applicable to the country of delivery. Customers are solely responsible and liable for any duties or additional fees. We recommend you to contact your local customs office for details and further information. Customs, duties and taxes are non refundable if you choose to return your Iris order.


CAN I SELL IRIS AV EMMA PRODUCTS IN MY OWN STORE?

Your Iris av Emma purchase is only for personal use. By purchasing any Iris av Emma product you agree to not resell or distribute such product for any commercial purposes.


HOW DO I RETURN A BAG?

To start a return, please send an email to hello@irisavemma.com with the subject line “RETURN” and include your order number as well as which products you’d like to return.


WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.

The products must be returned in new, unused condition for the return to be accepted.

The customer is responsible for any return costs.

We recommend you to keep a postage receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was sent since you are responsible for the package until it arrives at our warehouse.

Kindly note that any bags made with custom monogram and custom measurements are not eligible for return and are final sale.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY PRODUCT? 

If you have received a faulty, incomplete or wrong order please contact hello@irisavemma.com within 72 hours after delivery. Remember to include pictures of the faulty , incomplete or wrong order as well as your order number for reference.


HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? 

All orders are processed and starts being prepared quickly after you’ve placed an order. If you’d like to make any changes to your order please email hello@irisavemma.com and we’ll see what we can do!

HOW DOES THE CUSTOM MONOGRAM WORK?

You can choose to add a custom monogram to your Iris bag, the monogram will (if selected) be placed in the top back of your Iris bag. The standard color for the monogram stitching is black but if you have another preference please send an email to hello@irisavemma.com and hopefully we can match that! All bags with a custom Monogram are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
